Evaluation previous Medora Health Programs:
Visiting previous schools which already has been followed the program to check if fit for school is implemented well. What are possible problems, questions. hand washing , tooth brushing, and toilet cleaning should be checked. And the 6 month deworming also should be checked and if necessary repeated.
General steps to follow MHP:
Before leaving Holland for Chitwan:
1. Keshav and Raj should be informed when program will be planned
2. Which school(s) will be visited
3. Inform parents and teachers about the program if possible they have to agree and give their permission.
4. Making list of children per class with name surname birthdates by teacher and put in computer before.
5. Buying necessary things for the program
6. Explaining to children what will be done, no treatment at school just information and practicing and oral examination
7. Check if necessary water supply is available for hand washing and tooth brushin
When we have arrived in Chitwan before program at school

1. hand over soap for each kid
2. nail cutting
3. washing hands as a group per class outside or in specially room
4. handing over deworming tablets, while coming in class again check if tablets have been swallowed
5. handing over sticker with instructions to take home with another piece of soap
6. inspection of the toilets and instructions how and when to clean
