Project Community Health Centre
The first project which the foundation Medora has established is the foundation of a health Centre in Chitwan district. The Health Centre is built in Bachhauli a small place in the Chitwan district just in the south of Sauraha.
The newly build Health Centre has the purpose to provide facilities for as well local as international medical staff .
The Centre will be organizational supervised by Keshav Pandey. Keshav Pandey is manager of a tourist bureau, who supports the Nepalese population locally and has a specialised interest in the Oral and Medical Health Care in Nepal. Keshav is a member of the local Lions Club and is a board member of the Community Health Centre Nepal. Keshav takes, year after year, very good care of the organisation with regard to the Dental Camps and provides shelters for dentists which assist in the Health Centre voluntarily. Next to this he also organises trips for tourists who would like to know the Nepalese people better and take a closer look at the beautiful countryside.
The CHC will also be medical supervised by Rajendra Kharel. Rajendra Kharel is Medical Assistant and has a medical centre in Sauraha. Raj is also member of the board of the CHCN and a Lion’s club member. Rajendra is also supporting the dental camps organised in Chitwan.
